Fire up your grill for something different. Seasoned with Lot's Jaew Bong Seasoning, these ribs are smokey, spicy and tasty unlike anything you've ever had.
Ingredients

2 racks St Louis Style Ribs

Lot’s Jaew Bong Seasoning
-
Coconut Amino
-
2 Tbsp Butter (divided into 4 equal parts)

BBQ Sauce (optional)
-
Hoisin Sauce (optional)

Oyster Sauce (optional)
Other Items

BBQ Mesquite Wood Chips

Extra Wide Tin Foil
Directions
Prep BBQ Wood Chips
Wrap a handful of wood chips in tin foil, leaving small opening on top to allow smoke to be released during cooking.
Prepping Ribs
Remove membranes from rack of ribs and trim fat.
Rub Coco Amino on both sides of ribs for binder.
Generously sprinkle Lot's Jaew Bong Seasoning to both sides of ribs. Make sure to cover every inch.
Prepping Gas Grill
Light up one half of gas grill, this is the hot zone. Leaving the other half off, this is the cool zone.
Place wrapped wood chips on hot zone. Close grill cover and preheat to 300-325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cooking Ribs
At 300 degrees, place seasoned ribs arch side up on the cool zone.
Close grill cover and cook for 1.5 hours maintaining 300 - 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove ribs from grill and place arch side up in tinfoil.
Place 1-2 tablespoons of butter to the sides of the ribs. Do not place the butter on top of the ribs. Wrap seal tinfoil leaving space above the ribs like a dome.
Place tinfoil wrapped ribs back onto grill cool zone.
Maintain 300 - 325 degrees, cook for another 1.5 hours or internal temperature of ribs are 190 - 200 degrees.
Optional: At this point glaze the ribs with BBQ sauce of choice or Hoisin Sauce or Oyster Sauce and cook for another 15-20 minutes
Remove from grill, cut into individual ribs.
Sprinkle Lot's Jaew Bong Seasoning on cut side of ribs.

Glazing the ribs with BBQ sauce, Hoisin sauce or Oyster sauce after its cooked is optional and to your preference. Lot's Jaew Bong Seasoning alone is exceptionally flavorful.
